Note 10 — Related Party Transactions

In July 2009, the Company entered into a Vendor Agreement with a related party vendor to purchase merchandise inventory. The vendor is considered a related party because its principal owner is the spouse of the Company’s Vice President of Merchandising. The table below sets forth selected results related to this vendor in dollars (in thousands) and percentages for the periods indicated:
