Nature of Operations [Text Block]	NOTE 1 – NATURE OF ORGANIZATION Business and Organization Prime Estates and Developments, Inc. (“Prime Estates”, “The Company”, “we”, or “us”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on July 21, 2009 for the purpose of acquiring and operating commercial real estate and real estate related assets. On the date of its inception, the Company issued 20 million shares of its common stock to three founders which were recorded at no value (offsetting increases and decreases in Common Stock and Additional Paid in Capital).

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, the major products or services it sells or provides and its principal markets, including the locations of those markets. If the entity operates in more than one business, the disclosure also indicates the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination (for example, assets, revenues, or earnings).
