Note 5 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	At September 30, 2013, we owed $105,000 in unpaid salary to our Chief Financial Officer and Director Panagiotis Drakopoulos. At September 30, 2013, we owed $150,000, to GreenEra, Ltd. a Company in which our Director and Chief Financial Officer, is a shareholder.
