Note 8 - LEASES	The Company conducts its operations from facilities located in Chicago, Illinois for which we paid approximately $307 per month through November, 2013. InDecember, 2013 we moved our operations to another location in Chicago Illinois. Beginning in February 2014, we will be paying approximately $709 for our office. Rent expense for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012 were $1,906 and $2,741, respectively.

The entire disclosure for lessee entity's leasing arrangements including, but not limited to, all of the following: (a.) The basis on which contingent rental payments are determined, (b.) The existence and terms of renewal or purchase options and escalation clauses, (c.) Restrictions imposed by lease agreements, such as those concerning dividends, additional debt, and further leasing.
