&#150; Equus II Incorporated (NYSE: EQS) </B>(&#147;Equus&#148;) announces the completed purchase of a multi-family apartment project, The Reserve at Cedar Lodge, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Equus plans to convert the project to condominiums
