SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 2, 2026, Orion issued 500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share pursuant to a firmly underwritten public offering. Net proceeds from the offering of approximately $6.4 million will be used to reduce amounts outstanding under Orion's Credit Agreement, with the remainder to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
