Share-Based Compensation	NOTE 17 – SHARE-BASED COMPENSATION For the three months ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, the Company recognized $36,108 and zero of share-based compensation expense on its outstanding options, respectively. As of December 31, 2018, $148,592 of unrecognized share-based compensation expense is expected to be recognized over a period of three years. Future compensation amounts will be adjusted for any change in estimated forfeitures.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
