SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cemtrex has evaluated subsequent events up to the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Cemtrex concluded that the following subsequent events have occurred and require recognition or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. In July of 2021, the Company issued 2,070,731 shares of common stock to satisfy $2,837,814 worth of notes payable and accrued interest.
