SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cemtrex has evaluated subsequent events up to the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Cemtrex concluded that the following subsequent events have occurred and require recognition or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On January 28, 2022, Christopher C. Moore was dismissed from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Paul J. Wyckoff was appointed Cemtrex’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. On February 2, 2022, the Company invested an additional $500,000 investment via a simple agreement for future equity(“SAFE”) in MasterpieceVR.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
