PREPAID AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS	NOTE 10 – PREPAID AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS On December 31, 2022, the Company had prepaid and other current assets consisting of prepayments on inventory purchases of $1,445,861, costs and estimated earnings in excess of billings on uncompleted contracts of $521,172, and other current assets of $1,125,585. On September 30, 2022, the Company had prepaid and other current assets consisting of prepayments on inventory purchases of $414,997, costs and estimated earnings in excess of billings on uncompleted contracts of $781,819, accrued income taxes refunds on foreign operations of $37,761, and prepaid expenses and other current assets of $1,187,067.

NOTE 10 – PREPAID AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS
