SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AUGGD As more fully described in Note 5, on April 1, 2023 the Company executed the amendment to the asset purchase agreement for the purchase of AUGGD whereby the Company divested the assets of AUGGD and assigned those assets to a new entity, of which the Company has a 19.99% ownership but no board of directors, no ongoing funding obligations nor any operational involvement.
