Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events On October 20, 2015, we secured $2.0 million additional proceeds on our mortgage loan on the DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville Riverfront property as part of an earn-out pursuant to the terms of the existing loan agreement. On October 27, 2015, we announced a quarterly dividend (distribution) on our common stock (and units) of $0.08 per share (and unit), payable on January 11, 2016 to stockholders (and unitholders) of record as of December 15, 2015.
