Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure	Note 6 - Commitments and Contingencies We have no outstanding commitments for office rental or other obligations for which we would require payout disclosures. Our only commitment is our 10% royalty fee, explained in Note 5, which does not begin until commercialization.
