SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 9, 2024, the Company received $150,000 as the second part of the nonrefundable payment from Job Mobz (See Note 1). The payment shall be credited towards and count against the cash portion of the Purchase Price from the original Asset Purchase Agreement.
