Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain an employee 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows for voluntary contributions into designated investment funds by eligible employees. We match the employee’s contributions at the rate of 50% on the first 6% of contributions. We may, at the discretion of our Board of Directors, make additional contributions on behalf of the Plan’s participants. Contributions to the 401(k) plan were less than $0.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010. No contributions were made in the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 due to cost saving initiatives.
