Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Events or transactions that occur after the balance sheet date, but before the financial statements are complete, are reviewed to determine if they should be recognized. On November 14, 2013, we entered into a second amendment to the Loan and Security Agreement, the (“Second Amendment”). The Second Amendment, is effective as of October 31, 2013, reduces our future minimum revenue covenant under the Loan Agreement.
