Employee Benefit Plan	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain an employee 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows for voluntary contributions into designated investment funds by eligible employees. Effective October 1, 2010, Transgenomic discontinued matching employee 401(k) contributions. Beginning January 1, 2012, we reinstated matching employee 401(k) contributions. We currently match the employee’s contributions at the rate of 100% on the first 3% of contributions and 50% on the next 2% of contributions. We may, at the discretion of our Board of Directors, make additional contributions on behalf of the Plan’s participants. Contributions to the 401(k) plan were $0.4 million, $0.4 million and $0.3 million for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
