SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 17 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of the condensed consolidated financial statements, and aside from the following there were no subsequent events with material financial impact on the condensed consolidated financial statements: On August 11, 2023 the Company entered into an amendment agreement to retroactively amend the maturity date of the outstanding principal in the amount of $9,953,281 pursuant to a convertible promissory note for an additional six months from July 19, 2023 to January 19, 2024, the terms and conditions of which are outlined in Note 13 of this quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
