Subsequent Events	NOTE 12 - Subsequent Events The Company’s management has evaluated subsequent events after the balance sheet dated as of May 31, 2025 through July 15, 2025, the date of this report. On July 1, 2025, pursuant to the terms of the Alumni Note, the Company repaid the entire amount of the outstanding principal, including the discount, plus accrued interest thereon. As a result of such repayment, the Alumni Note terminated and the Company has no further obligations under the Alumni Note.
