SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 31, 2014, the Company, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ark Jupiter RI, LLC, entered into an agreement with Crab House, Inc., to purchase the assets of a restaurant and bar in Jupiter, Florida for $250,000, of which a $50,000 initial deposit was made. The purchase is subject to, among other things, the landlord’s consent to the assignment and assumption of the lease and execution and delivery of an amendment to the lease which is satisfactory to Ark.
