INCOME TAXES The Company’s effective tax rate on the net income (loss) before income taxes was (1.7)% and 2.0% for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and June 30, 2011, respectively.  For the three months ended June 30, 2012 and June 30, 2011, the Company’s effective tax rate on the net income (loss) before income taxes was (2.4)% and 2.0%, respectively.
