STOCK OPTION GRANT	9.      STOCK OPTION GRANT The Compensation and Benefits Committee approved a grant of a non-qualified stock option pursuant to the 2008 Stock Option Plan to Walter O. Bigby, Jr. for the purchase of 50,000 shares of Common Stock on May 14, 2013.  Related share based compensation of $52,755 is included in general and administrative expense in the accompanying Condensed Statements of Operations.
