DIVIDENDS	10.    DIVIDENDS On October 21, 2013, the Board of Directors declared a dividend on the Series I Class B Preferred Stock in the amount of $12,938 which was paid on November 11, 2013.  The Company also paid declared and paid dividends to Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders in the amount of $44,675 on the same dates.  See Note 8 for information about dividends paid during the term of the Stock Repurchase Program.
