DIVIDENDS	13. DIVIDENDS On October 21, 2013 and December 20, 2013, the Board of Directors declared dividends on the Series I Class B Preferred Stock in the amount of $12,938 on each date which were paid on November 11, 2013 and January 20, 2014.  The Company also declared and paid dividends to Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders in the amount of $44,675 on the same dates.  See Note 11 for information about dividends paid during the term of the Stock Repurchase Program.
