DIVIDENDS	9.     DIVIDENDS On December 20, 2013 and April 1, 2014, the Board of Directors announced dividends on the Series I Class B Preferred Stock in the amount of $12,938 on each date which were paid on January 20, 2014 and April 21, 2014.  The Company also announced and paid dividends to Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders in the amount of $44,675 on the same dates.  See Note 8 for information about dividends paid during the term of the Stock Repurchase Program.
