DIVIDENDS	12. DIVIDENDS The Board declared and the Company paid dividends to Series I and Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders in the amounts of $12,938 and $44,675, respectively, in each of the four quarters of 2013.  The Board declared and the Company paid the same amounts to the Series I and Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders in only the first two quarters of 2014.  See Note 10 for information about dividends paid during the term of the Stock Repurchase Program.
