SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 8, 2018, the Company terminated the employment approximately 20 employees earning total annual compensation of approximately $1.1 million.  Some of these positions may be filled in the future.  Under the proposed severance agreements, severance costs are expected to be a maximum of $250 thousand.
