SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	12.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Effective May 3, 2019, the Company and an officer settled litigation with both BD and MDC, whereby BD and MDC released the Company and its officer from claims arising prior to May 3, 2019.  Likewise, pursuant to the settlement, the Company and its officer released BD and MDC from claims arising prior to May 3, 2019.  This settlement effectively disposed of an antitrust and false advertising lawsuit by the Company and an officer against BD, as well as a suit by BD and MDC against the Company for patent infringement.  See Note 8.
