DIVIDENDS The Board declared and the Company paid dividends to Series I and Series II Class B Preferred Shareholders in the following amounts: $12,313 and $42,800, respectively, on January 18, 2019 and April 22, 2019. The Board declared and the Company paid dividends to Series I and Series II Class B Preferred Shareholders in the following amounts: $12,000 and $42,800, respectively, on July 19, 2019, October 21, 2019, January 22, 2020, April 20, 2020, and July 20, 2020. The Board declared and the Company paid dividends on October 22, 2020 to Series I and Series II Class B Preferred Shareholders in the following amounts: $12,000 and $40,242. In the third quarter of 2020, a shareholder converted 15,000 shares of Series II Class B Preferred Stock into the same number of shares of Common Stock.
