STOCK OPTIONS	13.  STOCK OPTIONS Stock options were exercised by the Company’s employees and directors at various dates during the quarter ended September 30, 2020, and, consequently, a total of 121,800 shares of Common Stock were issued for an aggregate payment to the Company of $224,325 to exercise such options. For the nine months ended September 30, 2020, as a result of exercised stock options, a total of 406,650 shares of Common Stock were issued for an aggregate payment to the Company of $851,012.
