NOTE 13: SEGMENT INFORMATION AND SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS/VENDORS

 

Segment Information

 

We currently operate in one reportable segment, marketing technology solutions. Substantially all property and equipment is located at our offices in the United States, and a data center located in the United States. All material sales for the years ended  December 31, 2023 and 2022 were in the United States and Canada.

 

Significant Customers

 

No customer accounted for more than 10% of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2023. We had three customers that accounted for 44% of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2022.

 

We had two and three customers that in the aggregate accounted for 50% and 49% of accounts receivable as of December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.

 

Significant Vendors

 

We had one vendor that accounted for 38% and 30% of outstanding accounts payable at December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
