Subsequent Event	Note 17 SUBSEQUENT EVENT On January 6, 2019, the Company issued 10,000,000 shares of common stock to the former shareholders of GSI for the reverse merger transaction, in which 5,250,000 shares were issued to Mr. Yin-Chieh Cheng and 4,750,000 shares were issued to for Mr. Bi Zhang. All number of shares, share amounts and per share data presented in the accompanying consolidated financial statements and related notes have been retroactively restated since January 1, 2017.
