Subsequent Events	9. Subsequent Events The Company performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the date of filing of these consolidated financial statements with the SEC. Other than those matters described below, there were no material subsequent events which affected, or could affect, the amounts or disclosures in the consolidated financial statements. Exercise of Stock Options Effective July 14, 2021, stock options for 83,333 shares of common stock were exercised by a consultant of the Company at $1.20 per share, generating total cash proceeds of $100,000.
