Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 9:       Subsequent Events On October 9, 2020, Hurricane Delta made landfall in Creole, Louisiana as a Category 2 hurricane.  The hurricane caused property damage, flooding, power outages, and water and communication service interruptions.  The Company holds property in four of the parishes included in the Federal Emergency Management Agency's disaster declaration related to the hurricane.  The Company is currently in the process of assessing any damage to its timber and the effects of any temporary interruption in oil and gas production on its lands, but it currently believes the effects of the hurricane on its assets and operations are minimal.
