Related Party Transactions Related Party Transactions
The Company had a contract manufacturing agreement with Fitzgerald Manufacturing Partners to provide manufacturing services, which was terminated during June 2023. The owner of Fitzgerald Manufacturing Partners is a stockholder of the Company. The Company also has lease agreements with Fitzgerald Manufacturing Partners. During each of the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company incurred rent expense of $0.7 million and $0.7 million, respectively, related to these agreements.
During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company sold two Hubs to Xcel Energy, resulting in $0.5 million in revenue. A member of the Company's Board of Directors served as the Senior Vice President, System Strategy and Chief Planning Officer of Xcel Energy. Management believes these transactions were conducted on terms consistent with those that prevail in arm's length transactions with unrelated third-parties.
