Disclosure of Compensation Related Costs, Share-based Payments [Text Block]	NOTE 8: STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION EXPENSE During the three months ended March 31, 2014 and March 31, 2013, the Company recorded as part of selling and general administrative expense, approximately $138,000 and $58,000 respectively, for the cost of employee and director services received in exchange for equity instruments based on the grant-date fair value of those instruments. This expense was recorded based upon the guidance of ASC 718, “Compensation-Stock Compensation.”
