Disclosure of Compensation Related Costs, Share-based Payments [Text Block]	NOTE 8: STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION EXPENSE During the three months ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014, the Company recorded as part of selling and general administrative expense, approximately $195,000 and $138,000 respectively, for the cost of employee and director services received in exchange for equity instruments based on the grant-date fair value of those instruments. This expense was recorded based upon the guidance of ASC 718, “ Compensation-Stock Compensation . ”

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
