Disclosure of Compensation Related Costs, Share-based Payments [Text Block]	NOTE 8: STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION EXPENSE During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 and September 30, 2014, the Company recorded compensation expense as part of general administrative expense, of $186,000 and $557,000 and $117,000 and $371,000 respectively, for the cost of employee and director services received in exchange for equity instruments based on the grant-date fair value of those instruments. This expense was recorded based upon the guidance of ASC 718, “Compensation-Stock Compensation.”
