Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 13:     SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has included in its financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, the results of a negotiated reduction to legal fees and expenses previously accrued in connection with the settlement of the Taiwan Glass litigation. The final negotiated sum was $1.1 million, resulting in a reduction of the amount that was previously billed and accrued and a gain on the statement of operations of $629,000 during the period.
