Deferred Revenue Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 7:      DEFERRED REVENUE Deferred revenue of $890,000 at September 30, 2018 and $292,000 at December 31, 2017 represents amounts billed, other than deposits, in excess of the revenue than can be recognized at the balance sheet date.
