Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 8 – Subsequent Events Management has evaluated all events that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date when these financial statements were issued to determine if they must be reported. The Management of the Company has determined that there was a reportable subsequent event to be disclosed as follows: 1. On October 26, 2012, the Company’s filed a Form S-3 Registration Statementwith the Securities and Exchange Commission which seeks to register up to $40,000.000 of common stock, preferred stock, warrants, debt securities and units comprised of those securities. 2. On November 13, 2012 the Company announced that it had entered into an agreement with Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. to conduct drug development studies required for submission of Investigational New Drug Applications to the FDA for its nanoviricides® drug candidates against various viral diseases
