SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855, Subsequent Events, the Company has evaluated subsequent events occurring after December 31, 2012 through February 8, 2013, the date the financial statements were available to be issued. The Company on January 29, 2013 received approval of its 15C-211 application with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and received the trading symbol ‘BMAV’.
