NOTE 1 -ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 -ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS *Organization and Operations* iQSTEL Inc. (“iQSTEL”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 24, 2011 under the name of PureSnax International, Inc. and change its name to iQSTEL Inc. On August 7, 2018. The Company has been engaged in the business of telecommunication services as a wholesale carrier of voice and data for other telecom companies around the World with more than 150 active interconnection agreements with mobile companies, fix line companies and other wholesale carriers.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings. For an entity that has not commenced principal operations, disclosures about the risks and uncertainties related to the activities in which the entity is currently engaged and an understanding of what those activities are being directed toward.
