NOTE 12 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTIGENCIES	NOTE 12 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTIGENCIES Leases and Long term Contracts The Company has not entered into any long-term leases, contracts or commitments. Rent The Company leases office space at $1,200 per month with a one year term, starting July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019. For the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company incurred $3,600 and $3,600, respectively.
