NOTE 13 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTIGENCIES	NOTE 13 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Leases and Long-term Contracts The Company has not entered into any long-term leases, contracts or commitments. Rent The Company leases office space at $1,200 per month with one-year term, starting July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019. For the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, the Company incurred $10,800 and $6,158, respectively. The Company leases facilities which the term is 12 months. For the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, the Company incurred $17,600 and $0, respectively.
