NOTE 14 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to September 30, 2019 and through the date that these financials were made available, the Company had the following subsequent events: On November 12, 2019 Company received the qualification of its Tier 2 Offering Statement for the sale of 4,000,000 common stocks, which will be sold at a fixed price, which will be within a range of $3 to $1 per share, established at qualification for the duration of the offering pursuant to Rule 253(b).
