Consolidation Policy	Consolidation Policy For September 30, 2019, the consolidated financial statements of the Company include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Etelix.com USA, LLC and SwissLink Carrier AG. All significant intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. Prior to June 25, 2018, the financial statements presented are those of Etelix.
