Concentrations of Credit Risk	*Concentrations of Credit Risk* The Company’s financial instruments that are exposed to concentrations of credit risk primarily consist of its cash and cash equivalents and related party payables that it will likely incur in the near future. The Company places its cash and cash equivalents with financial institutions of high creditworthiness. At times, its cash and cash equivalents with a particular financial institution may exceed any applicable government insurance limits. During the three months ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, 4 customers represented 86% of our revenues and 12 customers represented 83% of our revenues, respectively.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
