NOTE 1 -ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 -ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Organization and Operations iQSTEL Inc. (“iQSTEL”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 24, 2011 under the name of B-Maven Inc. The Company changed its name to PureSnax International, Inc. on September 18, 2015; and more recently it changed its name to iQSTEL Inc. on August 7, 2018. The Company has been engaged in the business of telecommunication services as a wholesale carrier of voice, SMS and data for other telecom companies around the World with more than 150 active interconnection agreements with mobile companies, fixed line companies and other wholesale carriers. The Company incorporated a 75% owned subsidiary, Global Money One Inc. under the laws of the state of Delaware, on November 16, 2020.
