STOCK INCENTIVE PLAN	The Company had a stock incentive plan, originally created in 1992, most recently amended in 2001. No additional grants may be made under the plan. All stock options contained an exercise price that was equal to the fair market value of the Company’s stock on the date the options were granted. There were no stock options outstanding or exercisable at December 31, 2020 and 2019. No stock compensation expense was recognized for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019. As of December 31, 2020, there was no unrecognized compensation expense related to stock options.
